Stock-Based Compensation The Company recognized share-based compensation expense of $1.8 million and $1.6 million for the three month periods ended December 28, 2013 and December 29, 2012, respectively, as a component of selling, general and administrative expenses. The tax benefit associated with share-based compensation expense for the three month periods ended December 28, 2013 and December 29, 2012 was $0.7 million and $0.6 million, respectively. |
