WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- At the 8th annual W3 awards ceremony in September, Adams, a pet-friendly flea and tick control brand of parent Central Garden & Pet Company, received the W3 Silver Award in the Consumer Goods Website category. The W3 Awards honor creative excellence on the web and recognizes the creative and marketing professionals behind award winning sites, videos and marketing programs. Founded in 2006, the W3 is sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a “Who’s Who” of acclaimed media, interactive, advertising and media firms. This year over 4,000 entries were submitted from around the world.
The silver award for Adams was based on the website’s creativity, usability, functionality, visual design and ease of use. Central’s collaboration with Active Ingredients, a digital marketing agency, enabled Adams to create the award-winning website helping pet owners gain awareness in an engaging, easy to navigate site.
