Stock-Based Compensation The Company recognized share-based compensation expense of $1.6 million and $1.8 million for the three month periods ended December 27, 2014 and December 28, 2013, respectively, as a component of selling, general and administrative expenses. The tax benefit associated with share-based compensation expense for the three month periods ended December 27, 2014 and December 28, 2013 was $0.6 million and $0.7 million, respectively. |
