8. Stock-Based Compensation The Company recognized share-based compensation expense of $5.7 million and $4.0 million for the nine month periods ended June 25, 2011 and June 26, 2010, respectively, as a component of selling, general and administrative expenses. The tax benefit associated with share-based compensation expense for the nine month periods ended June 25, 2011 and June 26, 2010 was $2.1 million and $1.5 million, respectively. |
